Melanie started her real estate career in 2017. She has always had a passion for homes, their designs and decorating. During the early 2000s, she “flipped” several homes after rehabbing them while running American Maid Cleaning Service, her commercial cleaning business she began in 2001. Melanie also has an educational background in the legal administrative area working for a local law firm and the Canyon County Juvenile Probation Department. Over time, it only made sense to combine her love for homes, legal contracts and people, so at the age of 45, she started a new life adventure as a professional REALTOR. In 2023, her dream of creating a powerful team committed to hard work, honesty, and integrity as the pillars of their business, The Blue Chip Agency came to fruition. The team is committed to helping friends, family & new clients find the perfect home. Their goal is to create a legacy for years to come as a powerful force in the real estate market. Melanie served five years on the board for the Nampa Association of REALTORS which included a term as President of the Association and received REALTOR OF THE YEAR in 2023.  Her passion outside of real estate and serving her community is her grown daughter and 2 dogs.
