Marie was so helpful and available to us as we searched for a new home in the Treasure Valley. We weren’t exactly sure where we wanted to land, Mountain Home? Kuna? Nampa? Caldwell? If I ever sell and buy again, I will be calling Ariana. Ariana took care of everything, kept us informed, and educated us along the way. Our home buying experience was a long one. We knew we wanted to build our dream home, and we took our time making decisions. Ariana was patient, never made us feel under pressure or out of time. She researched options and prepared us for every decision in the whole process. We actually went under contract with one builder, and after a few months needed to make the decision to pull out and go somewhere else. Ariana not only supported us through this decision, but then dealt with the communication with the builder and had the hard conversation with them so we wouldn't have to. Then she jumped right in to help us research and find a new builder and neighborhood.
I was out of town for 2 months in the middle of our build and Ariana knew one of the most exciting parts of building a home was watching it go up, and I was going to miss it! She drove out to the project and took progress pictures for me!
We had the added complication that we were building a home during COVID, but Ariana stayed on top of the constantly changing market and kept us informed. I expected so much stress and anxiety, and Ariana made everything so easy. The hardest part was just waiting for the home to go up! When there were issues on the lending side of the transaction, Ariana was in the thick of phone calls, emails, whatever she could to get everyone on the same page and it saved a few-weeks-long delay in closing! I cannot recommend Ariana enough.
